(v) A copy of Byelaws duly attested by competent authority.

It is requested that our Federation / Union / Society may kindly be admitted as member of the Federation under intimation to us.

Note:- I] As per provision of Byelaw No. 13, every new member Society / Federation is required to purchase the Shares of Rs.100/- each as per the following details:

i)	Primary Societies	-	1500 Shares of 100 each.
ii)	District Federations	-	300 Shares of 100 each.
iii)	State Federations	-	500 Shares of 100 each.

II] The formalities related to point No. 12 (iii) and (iv) are applicable for only Primary Societies.
